ACCOUNT TRANSFER
In order to transfer a complete account from one reservation to another you must ensure that each reservation has the exact same client/guest attached. Transferring an account simply means that you want to copy an account from a departed reservation to a new reservation taking all charges and payments with it. The steps to do so are as follows;
1. Change the departure date of the old reservation if necessary and check out the reservation so that the status now states departed.
2. Make a new reservation for the dates required. Ensure that when entering in the client/guest details you use the drop down arrow to the right of the field surname to pick up the exact client that was attached to the previous reservation and save.
3. Along the bottom tool bar of the new reservation you will now see a button named 'Acc Xfer', this is the Account Transfer button. Click this once you will see the below screen;

4. If you have selected the correct client/guest, the screen will automatically search for any departed reservations with the same client number which have an outstanding amount on there reservation account and list them as show above.
5. Select the reservation of who's account you would like to transfer to your new reservation and click once on the Transfer button.
The balance will now be on the new account.
6. You may now check in the new reservation if required.
