CHANGING THE CLIENT ALLOCATED TO A RESERVATION
To change a client that is attached to a reservation please follow the below steps;
Step One:
Edit the reservation of which you wish to change the client details.

Step Two:
Go to the Clients Tab and choose the 'Add' button at the bottom of the screen


Enter in the new clients details on the left of the screen, highlight the area on the right and select 'Allocate and Exit' when done.
Step Three:
Highlight the client/guest you wish to replace and select Remove, you will receive the screen message below, if the details are correct choose 'Yes'.

Your reservation is now in the name of your new client/guest.
