Print Screen Software

This software will default your print screen key on your keyboard directly to your default printer.

Alt Print Screen works as normal to copy and paste, print screen alone is sent straight to the printer.

The software must be installed on each computer you wish to use it for.

Go to www.rms.com.au

Log into Customer Support

Go to the downloads page

Under the RMS Modules heading you will find a new download named Print Screen Software.  Download/Save this to your desktop.

Once completed double click on the PrintScreen.exe

Choose English and OK.

Choose Next.

Choose I Agree

Leave default settings and choose install.

Take the tick out of Show Readme and Select Finish

You will now find a new icon in your system tray, when you hover your mouse over this icon it will be named Gadwin PrintScreen 3.1.

Right click choose properties.

Take the tick from all options except ‘Run at Windows startup’.

Go to the Destination tab at the top of the screen.

Take the tick out of all options except ‘Copy captured area to printer’.  The system will use your default printer.

Choose ok.
