Introduction

Experience gained over 25 years of working closely with our clients has provided us with a wealth of expertise and knowledge that is applied to our products, training and support. Extensive resources are committed to providing a range of support services and options.

Installation - A range of installation options are available to suit each client's requirements. They include self-installation with learning aids, self-installation with remote support, and on-site installation by our experienced trainers.

Training - Training and learning aids are provided according to the mode of installation selected. Additional purpose-designed training is available at an affordable rate according to the complexity of site, the number of staff and their skill levels.

User manuals - Comprehensive user manuals are provided during training, with upgrades available through our website.

On-screen help files - Extensive inbuilt help files can be easily accessed on screen.

Online service requests - Our Customer Support Officers are available to respond to clients' questions online. They can be accessed through the Customer login button on our website.

Email - Emails requesting support are directed to our Customer Support Officers, who will respond within agreed timeframes.

Telephone and fax - A Helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through local call numbers.

Disaster recovery - Even well protected and maintained sites can experience software and hardware issues that can render a system inoperable. Events such as fire, flood and computer theft can also bring operations to a halt. As industry leaders in disaster recovery, we provide our systems with inbuilt back-up and restore features. We have also developed RMS i-backup to provide Internet backup to a secure, remote site at regular intervals throughout every day, ensuring our clients can be up and running again in the shortest time possible.

Product upgrades - Our systems are undergoing continual development as we respond to the changing needs of our clients and their industries. All product enhancements and upgrades are provided free of charge to our clients.

User Group presentations

We are very happy to support our clients by making our product specialists available to conduct presentations to RMS User Groups. These can be dedicated events or part of seminars and conferences conducted by industry trade associations.

Such presentations provide excellent forums for sharing product news and updates, knowledge exchange and networking.

Please talk to us about a presentation in your area. If sufficient interest can be generated, we will work with you to plan, promote and conduct the event. There is no charge for attending these presentations.

Training Courses

 Implementation
At the time of the initial implementation of RMS one of our experienced customer care consultants will be allocated to your property to coordinate installation, configuration of the system, and training for you and your staff.
The first stage of implementation is a meeting between you and the allocated customer care consultant to familiarise each other with your business requirements and your expectations. The installation, configuration and training will then be performed either remotely (by telephone sessions where we dial into your computer with your permission) or on-site (where our staff member/s come to you) or a combination of both.
 RMS Training Courses

RMS conducts training courses for existing customers and people in the industry looking to hone their skills. Full day and half days sessions for between one and six people are available in our Melbourne or Gold Coast offices. Call Naomi on +61 3 9335 1588 to make a booking.

 TAFE Courses
A number of TAFE colleges throughout Australia offer training courses for people working in the industry or for people who would like to work in the industry.
